How to Request a Refund

    Find your booking confirmation email or SMS with your booking reference number.

    Reach out to the bus operator directly using the contact details provided in your booking.

    Share your booking reference, passenger name, and reason for cancellation.

    Receive Confirmation

    You'll receive a cancellation confirmation and refund details via SMS or email.

Refund Processing Time

  • Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days
  • Card Payments: 7-14 business days
  • Mobile Wallets: 1-3 business days

Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
  • Service fees and convenience charges are non-refundable.
  • No-show passengers are not eligible for refunds.
  • Force majeure events may have special refund considerations.
