These Business Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Tripzen Solutions (Pvt) Ltd ("Tripzen", "we", "us") and bus operators ("Operator", "you") who use our platform to manage bookings and sell tickets.

Operator Eligibility

To register as an operator on Tripzen, you must:

  • Be a legally registered bus transport company in Sri Lanka
  • Hold valid operating licenses from the National Transport Commission
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for passengers
  • Comply with all applicable transportation laws and regulations

Service Agreement

By registering on Tripzen, you agree to:

Accurate Information

Provide truthful and up-to-date route schedules, pricing, and vehicle information

Service Quality

Maintain service standards and honor all confirmed bookings

Customer Support

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Policy Compliance

Adhere to your published refund and cancellation policies

Subscription & Payment Terms

No Commission on Ticket Sales

Tripzen operates on a simple monthly subscription model. You keep 100% of your ticket sales revenue.

Operator Obligations

    Operate According to Schedule

    Ensure buses depart and arrive as per the published timetable

  2. 2

    Maintain Vehicle Standards

    Keep vehicles clean, safe, and roadworthy at all times

  3. 3

    Honor All Bookings

    Guarantee seats for passengers with confirmed reservations

  4. 4

    Handle Disputes Professionally

    Address customer complaints and refund requests fairly

Prohibited Activities

  • Overbooking or double-selling seats
  • Misrepresenting vehicle type, amenities, or service quality
  • Cancelling confirmed trips without valid reason or proper notice
  • Charging passengers amounts different from booked prices
  • Sharing login credentials with unauthorized personnel

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Tripzen reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these terms or applicable laws
  • Repeated customer complaints or low service ratings
  • Non-payment of outstanding fees
  • Fraudulent or deceptive practices
